Reservation terms

All reservations must be made either by e-mail, fax, telephone or through our online booking system.

Credit card details are required before any reservation can be considered confirmed (Visa, American Express, Master Card).

Your credit card details are required only as a guarantee for the reservation, 30% in advance and the remaining amount to be settled on the day of departure or in cases where our cancellation policy is applicable.

Only reservations confirmed  by fax or e-mail can be accepted, reservations cannot be confirmed by telephone. 
 

Cancellation policy

No charge to your credit card for cancellations received at least 3 days in advance with check-in date. 

For cancellations made within 3 days from arrival date it will be charged one night price.
 

General information

- Check in from 14.00 to 21.00 (a telephone call informing us of your arrival time would be appreciated)

- Check out 12.00

Children are welcome.
Requested cots are free for children under the age of 2.

Extra bed supplement of 20.00 euro per night for children over 5 years and adults.

Maximum number of extra beds in room is 3.

Extra beds and cots are available on request.

• Lunch in conventional restaurant

• Transfer to the airport

• Dinner in conventional restaurant
